The project is funded by the European Union Erasmus+ programme.

The European Union Erasmus+ funded TACMEE project “Environmental Engineering with Climate Change Renewal” aims to provide environmental engineers with the opportunity to address Mongolia’s environmental challenges by developing professional programmes in leading environmental schools.

The project involves the Hungarian University of Szeged, the University of Oulu in Finland, the National University of Mongolia, the Faculty of Agroecology and Business at the Darkhan-Uul aimagi Agricultural University and the Mongolian-German Joint University of Mines and Technology.

Over the duration of the project, the partner schools will update the bachelor’s and master’s degree courses in “Environmental Engineering” in line with advanced technologies, methodologies, green growth trends and labour market demand, as well as improve the research environment and human resource capacity.
