Did you know?

Rainforest trees use sunlight to convert carbon dioxide taken from the air into oxygen. But when the number of trees decreases, less carbon dioxide is converted.

This means that the air contains more and more of this gas. Experts believe this is one of the reasons why the Earth is warming rapidly. What can we do about it?

When shopping, think about the rainforest and avoid buying furniture made from tropical wood. Paper and packaging are often made from wood, so buy recyclable packaging.
